This Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training will not only teach you how to instruct a Yoga Class, it is also an incredible to deepen your capacities as a human being, a yogi/ni, a healer, or a steward of the planet. We will explore the power of asana, meditation, sound, touch, and deepening our connection to the subtle body and realms inside the studio and out in nature.
The summer months lend themselves to ample opportunities for river excursions, and trips to local power spots where the land and waters speak loudly with their medicine. Be ready for magical adventures!
